The company spans four active ventures today: an independent publishing imprint, a long-running professional recording studio and audio engineering school, and two software products in active development. The thread connecting them isn't a single industry. It's a commitment to building work that holds up — work that doesn't need a trend, a press cycle, or a venture model to justify itself.

The Forum Press is an independent book publisher and the publishing imprint of Fulks, Inc., providing a platform for authors with original ideas and diverse perspectives. The imprint offers editing, book design, printing, publishing, and distribution services. Its mission is to raise public attention to issues that matter and to publish work that lasts.
Published works include The Boy In The Box: A Parable for Children and Adults by Yakira Shimoni Fulks (May 2021, English and Hebrew editions), books by columnist Steven Greenhut (2009) and the Hon. James P. He is a California-licensed attorney whose practice has spanned lemon law, products liability, personal injury defense, insurance coverage, construction defect litigation, entertainment law, and intellectual property — from pre-litigation through trial. His current specialization is insurance defense, construction defect litigation, personal injury defense, and intellectual property, with an emerging practice in Bitcoin and digital asset estate planning.
He has worked in professional audio for over twenty years, founding The OC Recording Company in 2005 and operating it as a recording studio, record label, music publisher, and accredited audio school.
